Put 1/4 lbs. in a big pot with 2 gallon water.3. Boil them 1 hour or more with medium heat.4. After boil taste it. If it is too strong, add more water.5. Drink hot or cold 5-6 times a day.6. Can use the boiled herb again 3-4 times.7. Keep the tea and boiled herb in refrigerator.8. Do not add sugar or honey.9. If you are pregnant or have allergy, ask your doctor before use it.
